Job description

As an Operator, you are responsible for monitoring and optimizing the production process. You work with modern installations and ensure that everything runs safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.

What will you do?

Operate, adjust, and monitor production installations
Detect and resolve simple process malfunctions
Perform quality checks and record process data
Work according to HACCP, safety, and hygiene regulations
Keep equipment clean

What do we ask?

You are motivated and reliable
You can work accurately
You are available full-time
You speak basic English or Polish
You have experience as an operator in the food industry

What do we offer?

Working hours from 06:00 – 14:00 or 14:00 – 22:00
Overtime paid at 50% above your hourly wage
Hourly wage including shift allowance of €20.66
Holiday allowance of 8%
